How does the free audit work?
I look up your business the way a customer would — Google search, mobile view, Google Business Profile, the works — and send you a short video walking through what I found. No charge, no pitch. Request yours here.
How long until my site is actually live?
Most sites go live in about two weeks from our kickoff call. The main variable is how quickly I get your business details and any photos back from you.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your business details, service list, hours, service area, any photos or logo you already have, and a rough idea of what you want visitors to do first (call, text, book, request a quote). I'll help shape it into finished copy — the more real detail you give me, the better the site turns out.
Pricing & Contract
Is there really no setup fee?
Correct. Your first month is $295, same as every month after — no separate build or setup charge.
What's the 12-month term about?
It's a standard initial term for a custom build — stated plainly up front rather than buried in fine print. After 12 months, it automatically continues month-to-month at the same price.
Do add-ons cost extra?
Yes — missed-call text-back, AI website chat, SEO/Google Business Profile optimization, and the instant quote calculator are priced based on your specific business. We'll talk through cost before anything is added; nothing gets tacked on without you agreeing to it first.
What if I want to cancel?
Reach out and let's talk about it. Your domain is always yours regardless. Outside of the initial term, the site itself comes down if we part ways, unless we've agreed to something else.
Domain & Ownership
Do I own my domain?
Yes, always, from day one. Your domain is registered in your own name — I'm never the registrant, only an administrative/technical contact to help you manage it.
Who owns the website design and code?
I own the design and code while your plan is active — that's what your monthly fee covers, along with hosting, security, and support. Your domain, on the other hand, is always 100% yours.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
You keep your domain — it was always yours. The site itself comes down unless we've specifically agreed otherwise ahead of time.
Can I eventually own the website outright?
I'm exploring a "lease-to-own" path where long-term clients could eventually take full ownership of their site after an extended commitment (2+ years). It's not finalized yet — ask me directly if that's something you'd want, and I'll give you my honest, current answer.
Working Together
Who do I actually talk to when I need something?
Me. Directly. Call or text — not a support ticket, not an overseas contractor, not a chatbot pretending to be a person.
How many clients do you take on?
A limited number at a time, on purpose. I'd rather do fewer projects well than spread myself too thin to actually answer the phone.
What if something breaks?
Text or call me and I'll take care of it. Hosting, security, and uptime are included in your monthly plan — that's part of what you're paying for.
Do you write the content for me, or do I have to?
A bit of both — I'll help shape and polish your content into something that reads well and converts. The more real detail you give me about your business, the stronger the finished site turns out.
Is This Right For My Business?
Do you only work with trades businesses?
Trades and home-service businesses are my current focus — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, landscapers, roofers, general contractors. It's where the need is greatest and one job easily covers the monthly cost.
I'm not a trades business — can I still work with you?
Reach out anyway. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm a good fit for your business — even if the honest answer is "not right now."
What areas do you serve?
Based in Rigby, Idaho, primarily serving businesses across Eastern Idaho — though the website itself works for a business anywhere, since almost everything is handled remotely.
How is this different from Wix, Squarespace, or GoDaddy?
